If you should need to return an item, ship it back to us and call us to give us the tracking numbers so we can note it in your order. Once we receive it we will process your return or exchange. All merchandise returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless you received the wrong item. All used merchandise returned to us will be shipped back to the customer at customer’s expense.
Returning Incorrect items - If you received the wrong item (item you did not order), you will not be responsible for return shipping charges and will not incur any restocking fee or other fee in connection with the return. To obtain this refund, you must ship the incorrect item to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging within 15 days of the date upon which we provide the item to the carrier for shipment to you.
